The application extends RBP to better support the managed roles that can’t be granted based on user data or job relationships and allows for the decentralization of access requests. EP Permission Manager enables you to provide a self-service dashboard integrated with your SAP SuccessFactors solution. The extension enables users to request required access roles and makes it possible for identified approvers to review requests—without having to access the RBP framework.

The solution is built and hosted on the SAP CI and is fully integrated with SAP SuccessFactors. All-access categories, requests, and audit trails are stored and managed in the MDF, meaning that no data is stored outside of your SuccessFactors environment, and you can report on the data with the Online Report Designer.
