Aramex adapts to market disruption by modernizing HR processes with SuccessFactors

In addition to express courier delivery and freight forwarding, the company also offers logistics services, supply chain management, e-commerce and record management services. Listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and based in the UAE, Aramex has grown rapidly into a global brand in the transportation industry, with 16,000+ employees in 65+ countries, spanning over 600 offices.
The global logistics industry is constantly changing. To maintain its competitive advantage, Aramex wanted to ensure its workforce could adapt quickly. In order to have enough data to make real-time decisions and respond immediately to market changes, the company decided it was time to update its HR processes.
Another challenge was time—Aramex wanted to realize the business case for the upcoming annual performance management process, which meant little room for adjustment to timelines as delays would cause the project’s go-live to shift by one full year.
